Why Most SAT Prep Falls Short

Most students approach the SAT without a structured plan — bouncing between YouTube videos, random practice papers, and generic coaching that doesn't match how the Digital SAT actually works.

The result is inconsistent scores, repeated test attempts, and months of effort that don't translate into points. Curious how a structured program compares to the big names? Here's an honest comparison with Kaplan, Princeton Review, and UWorld.

👉 The Digital SAT is adaptive. Module 2 difficulty depends on how you perform in Module 1. Generic prep doesn't account for this — and it costs students real points.
🎯

No Clear Strategy

Studying hard without direction — no understanding of what the test actually rewards domain by domain.

📊

No Performance Data

Practicing without tracking which question types and domains are costing you the most points.

Time Management Gaps

Running out of time on modules even when you know the content — a solvable problem with the right practice.

🔁

Unprepared for Adaptive Logic

Not knowing how Module 2 is routed — and getting blindsided by the difficulty jump on test day.

12 Weeks. One Clear System.

01
Week 1

Baseline & Diagnosis

Day 1: full-length adaptive mock under real exam conditions. Same day: scaled score report and a domain-by-domain accuracy breakdown — your weakest domain identified before Week 2 even starts.

02
Weeks 2–10

Targeted Learning & Practice

Sessions built around your actual gaps, not a fixed syllabus. Weekly module tests re-measure the same domains, so you see accuracy move week over week — not just a feeling of "studying."

Weeks 11–12

Testing & Strategy

Full-length adaptive mocks under timed, exam-day conditions. Exam strategy, time management, and final score maximisation.

How We Built This

📐

Domain-Aligned Question Bank

Every question is tagged against the official Digital SAT domain taxonomy — Craft & Structure, Information & Ideas, Algebra, Advanced Math, and more — so your practice maps directly to what's tested.

🔄

Adaptive by Design

Module 2 difficulty is determined by your Module 1 performance, following the same threshold-based routing logic used by the real Digital SAT — not a static, fixed-difficulty test.

👨‍🏫

Built by an Educator

Designed by a mathematics educator with direct classroom experience across IBDP, IGCSE, A Levels, and SAT Math — not outsourced content, not generic question banks. If you're weighing when to start, see our guide to SAT prep timing for IB, IGCSE & A-Level students.

A note on score accuracy: our scaled scores and projected targets are calculated using an approximation of the College Board's scoring curve, based on your raw accuracy per section. They're a reliable practice indicator and progress tracker — but the only official SAT score comes from the College Board itself on test day.

The Team Behind SAT Edge

Math is taught and calibrated personally by the founder — 11+ years teaching IB, A-Level, and IGCSE mathematics, with students achieving a perfect 800 on SAT Math, a 7 in IBDP Analysis & Approaches HL, full marks in IGCSE Math, and more.

English and Reading & Writing is taught by a dedicated faculty with direct experience across IB, A-Level, SAT, and IELTS English. Every question on this platform — Math and English — goes through a separate content-review pass before it reaches a student.
